Allow me to introduce myself,
My name is Jean Samuel Michael. I was born and raised in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. From this beautiful Caribbean Island, I moved to the United States in late 2005 to start a new journey. I gained my passion for cooking when I was a little boy who loved to enjoy my mom's delicious meal. She taught me the basic skills, and let me assist her while cooking some amazing family dinner. When I turned 22, I've officially started working in the culinary industry. Graduate from Auguste Escoffier Culinary School in 2019, I've earned a degree and pursued my dream. Ever since I got to know several kitchens and levels of cooking. I've worked with many great chefs, like one of my mentors Chef Asif who owns 21 spices. I love to treat my customers with delicious dishes from local ingredients, also tell them the story behind the ingredients. I am a passionate Chef, who loves to share my passion for food with others and introduce them to Caribbean Cuisine. By cooking for you in your own kitchen, my main focus is to provide the best for you and your company by giving you a culinary treat!
